For the show apartment to this sleek, upmarket development, which is located close to Singapore’s world-renowned, shopping paradise, Orchard Road, JPA conceived a highly sophisticated design language to appeal to the urbane, vibrant profile of the would-be buyer. A stunning wall hanging and carefully curated house plants, artifacts and artworks add the all-important personal touch.

Ceilings and walls are clad in a range of exquisite fabric-wrapped, hardwood and veneered panels with delicately detailed, metal trims sub-dividing the large surfaces into pleasing and refined, human-scale proportions.

The approach meant that the fit-out could be completed efficiently and demonstrated how low-maintenance interiors can be achieved in apartments with such wonderfully high ceilings.

The colour palette combines rich, dark tones with cool grey, light neutral sand, and mid-tone tan. Bespoke, luxurious carpets use the same colours in a contemporary design that adds a level of comfort and character. Stunning chandeliers, elegant sconces and stylish accent and indirect lighting add depth and glamour to the interiors.

Hardwoods and veneers are also used for the furniture and fittings while dark marble is used on certain high-use surfaces. Leather and a range of chic fabrics in neutral and accent colours underline the exceptional quality of the completed apartment.
